this is the second time i’ve come across alex kanevsky’s paintings on ze interwebz.
and i’m still drawn to his work.

the strokes are placed down with ease, yet all formed  to make such a complicated piece. i love the colors in this one.

he’s a russian born painter who moved to the united states in 1983. studied at Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts.
